Great beach fun at the Playa San Eugenio (Playa de la Pinta) - Las Americas

Playa de la Pinta, also called Playa San Eugenio, is situated in the South of the holiday centre Playa de las Américas and is popular especially by families with children.

The beach
The approx. 150m long sand beach is rewarded with the Blue Flag - one of the reasons why the beach is so popular by both, tourists from all over the world and locals. Playa de la Pinta has golden yellow sand and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Sunloungers and parasols can be rented. Car parking available in the vicinity.

Child-friendliness
The beach slopes gently down to the sea. In addition, there is a water play area for children. The kids can slide, climb and jump on different inflatable elements in a delimited area of the sea.

The town of Playa de las Americas
In the South-West of Tenerife, only few kilometers from Los Cristianos away, you will find the tourist centre Playa de las Américas. Hard to believe, but this is true that Playa de las Américas once used to be a small place. Nowadays the town spreads out already over the hills. You can't really call this place beautiful or recreative. Nevertheless, Playa Las Americas is like a magnet for many tourists.
