You can find nice hiking trails on the whole island but visitors especially like the trails in the north, for example the Organos Trail or La Ladera de Güimar. You can also walk up the 3718 meters high Pico del Teide, the highest “mountain” in Spain, which created the island of Tenerife. The Teide is also the reason you’re able to see almost every climatic zone on Tenerife, that’s why Tenerife is sometimes called “mini-continent”.
