The holiday house on a nice estate with private pool is located on an idyllic 1000 m² property near Icod de Los Vinos in La Mancha, only about 80 m above sea level. The location is wonderfully quiet, as the property is located on the outskirts of La Mancha in a cul-de-sac with only 5 houses.

The property is detached and secluded and consists of 2 houses, a terrace by the pool, shaded arcades, a garden, a sea terrace and a solar-heated pool (5x9m).

Both the pool and the garden offer wonderful views of the sea. There is also an outdoor fireplace with barbecue and a sandpit for children.

The entire property is surrounded by a planted wall, so that no unauthorised persons can gain access and, if you are travelling with children or pets, they cannot leave the property.

Note:

Only one of the two houses is rented at a time, so that during your holiday, regardless of which of the two houses you have chosen, you will always have the entire property with pool, terrace and garden to yourself.

The holiday house on a nice estate with private pool has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen and a bathroom.

The living room, with approx. 40 square metres of floor space, has a comfortable sofa set, an indoor fireplace (firewood and coal are available at many petrol stations and in some shops), a music system, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with German channels and an American kitchen with a table for 4 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher.

The windows of the living room and kitchen offer views of the garden and the sea. Sliding glass doors lead to the terrace along the entire front. When opened, the adjoining covered terrace is integrated into the living space, so to speak.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (spring mattress with viscoelastic overlay, 160x200) and has a sea view. The second bedroom, with a view of the garden, has a foam mattress (140x200). The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet also has a sea view.

The terrace with seating area and BBQ invites you to relax and unwind. Other amenities include: washing machine in the annex, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. Outside, there are 4 sun loungers and various garden tables and chairs at your disposal.

If required and on request, one of the bedrooms with bathroom or the living room with kitchenette and bathroom in the guest house can also be rented. Price on request and depending on the number of people.

For bookings of 3 weeks or more, one interim cleaning of the house and outdoor area will be carried out. This cleaning is mandatory and included in the rental price.
Additional interim cleaning can be booked on request at a price of €30.
