Holiday house on a nice estate with private pool

The holiday house is situated on an idyllic estate of about 1000sqm, near Icod de los Vinos, in La Mancha, only about 80m above sea level. The location is quiet, as the estate is located on the outskirts of La Mancha, in a dead end with only 5 houses.
The estate is detached and is not open to public view, and consists of two houses, terrace at the pool, shady archways, garden, sea terrace and solar heated pool (5x9m). From the garden and the pool you have a wonderful view of the sea. Outside there is a out-door chimney with grill, and a sandpit for children.
The whole estate is surrounded by a planted wall, so that no unauthorized person has access, and pets and children cannot leave the estate.
Note: Only one of the two houses can be rented, no matter which one, so that the whole estate, including pool, terrace and garden is only at your disposal.

The holiday house has a bedroom, spacious living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The living space of about 40sqm has a comfortable furniture, indoor chimney, music system, flat screen (32 inches) and an American kitchen with table for 4 people. The kitchen unit is equipped with: 4 hot plates electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwashing machine.
You have a sea view from the living room and the kitchen. The house has glass slide doors to the terrace. If you open them, the adjoining roofed terrace is integrated in the living room, as it were. 2 bedrooms with double bed. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC has sea view as well.
The terrace with seating group and BBQ invites you to relax.
Further equipments are: Washing machine in the neighbouring building, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, bathing towels, towels, dish cloths and bedlinen. Outside there are 4 sun loungers, divers garden tables and chairs.
