Property description
The quietly situated holiday house is on a property with ca. 1000m² at the outskirts of the town of La Mancha near Icod de Los Vinos, ca. 80 m above sea level. The property consists of 2 houses, shady archways, garden and terrace with pool (5x9m), heated with solar energy, and has sea view from almost everywhere. Furthermore, there is an outdoor fireplace with grill and a sandpit for children. The whole property is surrounded by a planted wall so that it is not open to public view, strangers have no access and children or pets can not leave the property.
Tip:
The 2 houses are never rented at the same time so that you have the whole property with pool, terrace and garden only at your disposal, no matter which house you choose.
Equipment
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms and the living room have access to the terrace.
In the living room, there are a seating set consisting of sofa and two armchairs and coffee tableand a small TV with sat-TV. The small kitchen contains a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven with grill, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom has shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
In the children's room, there are bunk bed and toys. Swim-accessories and rollerboard are also at the disposal of the children. The parents' bedroom contains double bed and a big wardrobe with safe. Just like the children's room, it has a bathroom en suite with shower, wash basin and WC. Bedlinen, towels, bath and tea towels are provided.
Further equipment: washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.
In the garden, there are 4 sun loungers and garden furniture.

Great location. Especially for those, who don´t get anything out of bigger cities on the island. Sufficiently equipped. The house also is suitable for families with little children. We especially liked the neat garden and the planting in it.

Beautiful, loving and neat garden with paradisical plants. Great, large pool. Everything is very clean inside and outside. Comfortable seating accommodation at the pool. Garden with sea view. Complete silence, yet good transport connections.

We spent some great days here. We are delighted with the gorgeous garden, the house, that leaves nothing to be desired, the large pool, the countless sitting and lounging accommodations, if neccessary in the shadows with sea view, in the sun or protected at the pool with Teide view.

This holiday object was beyond our expectations. Every day gave us a piece of paradise. Waking up, stepping out of the door, having breakfast on the beautiful terrace with sea view - it is beyond words. The details, e. g. the nice caretaker and gardener, the cute geckos on the wall, the large lilo for the pool, the amount of towels, the beautiful flowers, palms and banana trees, the toys for children, plenty of coloured crayons and again and again the gorgeous view on the volcano and the sea, made this holiday unforgetable.
Our personal Tenerife advice: a powerful car (due to the mountains)! We missed that, but we still got everywhere we wanted. :)
