Small cottage with patio, barbecue and sea view in La Candelaria

This beautifully restored, original Canarian holiday house is located in Jimenez / Igueste de Candelaria in the east of Tenerife. The area is wonderfully quiet and the great view of the area across the Atlantic to Gran Canaria, can be enjoyed from almost every point of view.

Near the house you can start walking and climbing tours. In general, nature and tranquility lovers get their money's worth. It takes only about 10 minutes to the beach Las Caletillas. Here you will also find numerous of shops, restaurants, a beach promenade and a nice, lately more and more thriving cultural scene with evening concerts, theater performances, jazz music and more.

The traditional country house with a furnished terrace and a roof terrace was decorated in warm colors. There is a small terrace with barbecue and garden furniture infront of the house. An outside staircase leads to the roof terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. Not to forget, the magnificent sea / view from this terrace!

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, hand and bath towels and a washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped: it has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
In the living room there is a sofa (sofa bed), a fireplace, TV with satellite programs and for example an Internet connection.
