El Medano is the surfer paradise in the sunny south coast of Tenerife. The modern flat is on the 1st floor of a well maintained complex with community pool. Due to its central location, opposite the "Plaza Roja" everything is within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary.
The flat has a furnished balcony with great view of the pool, the sea and the red mountain "Montaña Roja".

The 55 square meters holiday flat is suitable for 2-3 people. It has a spacious and beautifully bright living room with access to the furnished balcony. There is a sofa (including sleep function) with professional screen TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped among other things with hob, oven, fridge and freezer and many other kitchen appliances. The colorful bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe with ample storage. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC. A washing machine is also available.
