Property description
The property lies on the edge of the village of Chio, on the Southwest side of Tenerife. Conveniently located for hikers (Chio is the gateway to the Teide National Park), beaches, golf, our self-catering flats offer the perfect mix of calm, beauty, and functionality. Taking inspiration from the impressive local environment, the holiday home is constructed using many typical Canarian materials and is situated within a large, beautiful garden featuring mature palm trees, a diverse collection of local cacti and other plants.
This spaceous and bright vacation rental includes local wood, terracotta and tuff (‘cantoblanco’) from the nearby quarries. It is complemented by state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures which make your stay as comfortable as possible. It offers a perfect getaway for 1-4 people.
The very private sun terrace is ideal for taking in Tenerife’s sunny climate and you can enjoy stunning views of the often snow-capped peaks of the Teide and also the southwest coast of Tenerife. The evening sunset behind the neighboring island “La Gomera” is unsurpassed. Also a wonderful spot for stargazing. You will need a rental car for which we provide secure, free parking.

This self-catering vacation rental has everything you require, and more, for a wonderful holiday. Guests can take their breakfast on the balcony gazing at the Teide or watching the clouds roll across the ocean. The vacation rental can accommodate 1-4 people. There is one private bedroom on the second floor of your vacation rental. Chairs, tables, sunbeds and parasols are provided. This is a strictly non-smoking property. You have your private entrance. The bathroom has been recently renovated.

We had a relaxing holiday.
A beautiful, small property with a lot of attention to detail. The flats are just as quaint and lovingly furnished. Even the small one has a huge terrace with a view of the Teide and the sea on the other side. There is everything you need to cater for yourself. We would especially like to emphasise the cleanliness of the flat - both the kitchen/fridge and the bathroom and bed linen were inviting and freshly cleaned. The location is perfect for those who, like us, do not want to spend their holiday in the tourist hustle and bustle.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
