Holiday flat Amor (Studio) - Finca La Paz- Tenerife South

The small studio Amor is the cheapest of the 4 flats on the wonderful "Finca La Paz". The Finca includes ca. 7000 m² of natural landscape and lies ca. 270 m above sea level, in a sunny location in the South of the holiday island of Tenerife near the town of El Salto.
The nicely curved pool with wooden sun terrace can be called the highlight of the finca. At the pool, there are hanging chair, sun loungers, garden swing and a pavilion with seats directly at the pool, lighted up at night. Here, you can also find a barbecue and for internet freaks access by w-lan. In the beautiful garden, you can also find some shady seats.
Not far from the pool area, there are a campfire place and a swing grill for friends of nature, where you can have a barbecue at night and celebrate.
With a wonderful ambience, these 4 flats are furnished very attractively. The studio Amor has its own terrace, too, to sunbath or have breakfast.
For revellers, the tourist towns of Las Américas and Los Cristianos (18 km) have lots to offer.

The living/sleeping area of the studio contains a double bed (140x200) and a table with 2 wicker chairs. The furniture has a slightly Asian style. Here you have satellite TV and a stereo. The small corridor and the kitchen are seperated from the living space by a round arch.
The small kitchen includes everything you need: Oven , 4 hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fruit press, egg cooker, crockery, etc...
The bathroom has a shower, washing basin, wc, hair-dryer and bathrobes.

✓ Shared washing machine: The price per wash is € 5.00. For long-term vacationers washing is free.
