The well-maintained residential complex in which this holiday flat is located is situated in a quiet side street of Adeje, more precisely in the area of El Galeon.

Within walking distance (2 minutes) there is a new shopping centre, the Galeonoutlet, with a large supermarket and cafés/bars. A varied selection of restaurants is also close to the house.

All the beaches on the southwest coast of Tenerife and Costa Adeje can be reached by car within 5-10 minutes.

Within walking distance there is also a sports field and the Nexsport Club El Galeón fitness centre with padel courts, tennis courts and indoor swimming pools (nexsportclub dot com).

The town centre is about 500 m away. The special nature reserve "Barranco del Infierno - Hell's Gorge", a beautiful hiking route, is located at the top of the outskirts of Adeje. (barrancodelinfierno dot es).

On a living area of about 75 sqm you will find two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a loft bed. The holiday flat has a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a bathtub.

In the cosy living area there is a sofa corner and a dining table with chairs. Entertainment is provided by a TV (satellite TV), a DVD player and a music system.

The separate kitchen is excellently equipped, you will find everything you need, including a cooker with oven and ceramic hob and a dishwasher, etc.

There are two beautiful terraces with a seating area and four chairs. The front one has its own private entrance and the other terrace, with a palmtree garden, sun loungers and direct access to the pool area, is on the east side.
