This holiday flat is located directly in 1st line at the sea, in a residential complex with 3 pools and lift, one pool is heated in winter. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Teide as well as a view of the sea to the side.

If you want to turn your back on winter and enjoy the sun, sea and relaxation, this is the right flat for you, because the flat is just 20 metres from the sea and is located on the south coast of Tenerife, more precisely in Costa del Silencio.

Due to its proximity to shops, restaurants, bus stop, etc., the flat is suitable for both short and long term holidays or for spending the winter. The complex is self-contained.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are almost at the door. There is a restaurant in front of the house and shopping facilities are also only about 150 metres away. In addition, there are various bus stations, banks, doctors, hairdressers and a small shopping mall in the village. A golf course and a car rental are also not far away. A parking space is available directly in front of the holiday flat if you book a car with us, your landlords.

A path leads across natural terrain to a picturesque rocky promenade. If you follow this to the right in the direction of Las Galletas, you can walk to Westhaven Bay all the way to Las Galletas.

The holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor (lift available) and is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom with a large wardrobe, double bed with quality mattress. In the living room you will find a dining area as well as a sofa set where 2 people can also sleep and a TV (German programmes).

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils: Oven, 4 plate ceramic hob fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, etc.... There is also an iron, satellite TV and free wifi. The bathroom has a shower. The flat also has a glazed balcony with breakfast table (the windows can of course be opened). From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea.
