The holiday flat is part of a residential complex the south coast Tenerife - Costa del Silencio near the sea with 3 pools, sun beds as well as parking. You have unique sea view from the balcony. For the ones who want to escape from the winter and are looking for recreation, this holiday flat is the ideal place. The building is equipped with a lift. A parking lodge is offered in front of the flat if you rent your car by us.
Costa del Silencio is placed at the south coast of tenerife. You find restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bank, a doctor, a hair stylist and a small shopping area there. Furthermore there are golf courts in the surrounding area: "Golf del Sur" and "Amarilla Golf". Only 50 meters away from the flat is a natural seawater pool. The next bus stop is about 200 m away. You can reach the beach Las Galletas in about 10 minutes on foot. In front of the building are several restaurants and to the shops it is just 150 meters.

The holiday flat is equipped with free WiFi, satellite TV with German channels, a DVD player and 2 balconies with sea views.
The apartment has been completely renovated and has two bedrooms with a large wardrobe and a double bed with a high-quality mattress. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and washing machine.
The living room has a dining area and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking appliances and utensils, such as an oven, a stove with four ceramic hobs, a refrigerator and a coffee machine.
The holiday flat has two balconies with furniture, one of which has a sea view.

We received a very friendly welcome from Julia and Peter. Peter gave us good restaurant tips regarding food. The flat is spacious enough for five people. The corner location is ideal for ventilation. The entire complex is no longer new, but very well maintained.
Recommendations:
El Medano surf acrobats and on the Los Christianos promenade as well as the excursions to the north of the island were very nice.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
