The holiday apartment is located in a residential complex with 3 pools and sun loungers – in the first row by the sea.
Here you can holiday right by the sea – on the sunny south coast of Tenerife – enjoy a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide – and one of the pools is heated from November to April!
Costa del Silencio is located just before Las Galletas. There is a supermarket near the holiday apartment. Various restaurants are also within walking distance. The harbour and the many surrounding cafés, shops, inexpensive restaurants and bakeries are also just a short walk away.
From the centrally located bus stop in the town centre, you can easily reach nearby coastal towns such as Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and El Médano.
There is no typical sandy beach in the village, but breathtaking cliffs and steep rocks that make the coast interesting. In some places, there are ladders from which you can safely enter the sea. This side of Tenerife is also ideal for cycling due to its flat terrain. There are two golf courses nearby and the harbour offers many excursion boats and other water sports facilities.
Equipment
The completely renovated luxury holiday apartment is fully equipped. It has two bedrooms, one with a large wardrobe, double bed (180x200cm), the second with a 150x200 bed and LCD television.
The living room has a dining area and sofa set. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils: oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, large refrigerator with large freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, etc. An iron, satellite TV, DVD player and internet are also available.
One bathroom has a shower, the second bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
The holiday apartment also has 2 balconies with a breakfast table. You can enjoy the sea view from both the living room and the bedroom.
