This flat is located in a modern housing area with a total of 30 residential units in the sunny south-west of the island of Tenerife.
Los Gigantes is in a fantastic location with stunning cliff scenery. Right at the foot of these cliffs is the beach of Los Gigantes. From the marina begin daily whale-watching tours and tours to Masca Valley.
The center of Los Gigantes offers shopping and nightlife options, where you can enjoy live music at different locations and on the beautiful terraces.
All 30 flats in this complex have identical features and all have a balcony overlooking the sea. In winter the communuity pool, available to the entire complex, will be heated and all year long there are sun loungers, parasols and towels (deposit required). Furthermore, there is a small bar. Downstairs there is a small reception with a mini market for the first needs.

This flat with sea view offers on 50 square metres enough space for up to 3 people. The bright living room has a sitting area, a flat-screen TV and a sofa, which can be used as a bed for a 3rd adult or 2 children in addition.
The modern, open kitchen is equipped with a 4-field stove with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker.
The separate bedroom has 2 single beds or a double bed and a large wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space. Furthermore there is a safe which you can rent.
The bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage, a toilet and a hair dryer.
In summer there is centrally controlled air conditioning.
The furnished large balcony is accessible from the living room and offers at any time of the day a breathtaking view of the marina, the ocean and the "giants".

Breakfast can be booked additionally.
You can find parasols for all guests at the pool area.
At some flats, the sea view is limited because of the palm trees.
Pool: the pool is heated (temperature about 24°C without guarantee).

The price is for 3 adults or for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years. The flat can not be booked for 4 adults. But we also offer flats with 2 bedrooms with the same standard which you can request at our agency.
