This holiday flat with ocean view is situated on a hillside in Puerto Santiago / Los Gigantes by the sea. Puerto Santiago is in the southwest of the island. It is centrally located but still peaceful. Here in Puerto Santiago you will definitely enjoy your holidays. This holiday flat offers you a wonderful ocean view from the living room and the balcony.

The heated pool, the large beautiful communal area with sun loungers and various seating areas and the brick pavilion are on the upper level (outside stairs with 45 steps) are part of the property with a total of 5 holiday flats.

The traditional fishing village Puerto Santiago has been growing over the last years and is connected to the neighbouring villages Los Gigantes ad Playa La Arena. It is only a few minutes on foot to the beach in Puerto Santiago. At the old port you can still watch the fishermen and enjoy the silence. But it does also offer you shopping possibilities, doctors, bars and a sandy beach.
In the neighbouring village Playa La Arena there is another well-kept beach with black sand. It takes you only 3 minutes by car to get there. Restaurants and shops are also reachable on foot.

The holiday flat - with ocean view and a living area of 100m² on 2 floors offers enough space for 4 people.

The open kitchen with living room, the balcony with fantastic ocean view, the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms create a good atmosphere, where you will feel at home.

The 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and double beds are downstairs. Just as well as the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and urinal. Furthermore, there is a storeroom with household appliances, iron and ironing board, hoover, etc.

On the upper floor you will find the open kitchen which is equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and all necessary utensils.

The adjacent living room has a dining area with big table and 4 chairs, 2 sofas and flatscreen TV (satellite TV). There is also a second bathroom with WC, urinal and washbasin.

The balcony with sitting area and 2 sun loungers offers you a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.

• The pool is heated to about 25 degrees from November to April.
• In order to ensure optimal peace and quiet for our guests, the flat with use of the pool and pool terrace is offered for adults only.
• Exception for families with children up to 12 years: If you book the flat with children, please note that for safety reasons (the pool is not locked), the pool and the associated pool terrace cannot be used.
• Access to the flat via an outside staircase with 45 steps.
• Arrival or handover of keys is possible between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
  The nearest bus stop is approx. 200m away.
