The flat is located on the sunny southwest side of the island Tenerife, on the second floor of an apt.-building in Playa San Juan.

Playa San Juan is a popular village with a nice beach, which is only 100 m away from the flat. There are also some restaurants with typical canarian food like "tapas", fresh fish and also international dishes. Furthermore Playa San Juan has all important facilities like supermarkets, small shops, a pharmacy and doctors within walking distance.

For all visitors who are on the island the first time, to make a long story short the island is very versatile. Especially in winter time there is for example the possibilty to relax at the beach and if you want to, you can drive up the Teide the same day to have a hike trough the snow. The friendly landlord will give you some insider tips by request.

This flat is perfect for families and couples. The livingroom comes with a three-piece-suite and a television. From here is also the access to the balcony with sea view.
The completly equipped kitchen has among other things a refrigerator with a freezer part, a cooker with stove, microwave and a kettle.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, both are located to the quiet side of the flat and have both a king-size bed (1,80m x 2,00m). While these beds can be used as single-beds as well. The bathroom has a shower bath and there is an extra guest toilet.
The balcony offers an astonishing view over the harbour, the atlantic and the neighbour-islands La Gomera and La Palma, sometimes even El Hierro is visible. Especially the sunsets are enjoyable.
