Near beach penthouse flat - large roof terrace & panoramic sea views

There is not that much to say about this holiday flat besides that its fantastic! Its a front line flat with a 30sqm top terrace with a great view.

It is only 30 metres away from the beach, directly in front of the Playa San Juan harbour, a café is right on the bottom of the house and you can see La Gomera at the horizon. The terrace also invites to watch great sunsets while enjoying a wine or a beer.

The village Playa San Juan is popular but not overcrowded, because there are no big hotels in that village. There are small bars, some restaurants with typical canarian food, tapas, fresh fish but also international dishes. In addition there are all necessary shops and supermarkets, fruit- and vegetable seller, a bakery, a pharmacy and doctors.

If you are planning to not have a hired car, there is the possibility to get a pick-up service from the friendly lessor.

The living area is around 55sqm, with a bedroom, a bathroom and an open living-/dinner area with a kitchen.
In the livingroom is a couch, a television and some entertainment electronics. Internet is available.

The built-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking during your holidays. There is a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-field cooker with an oven, a coffeemaker and a toaster. On the site of the livingroom is a small dinner table, but you could also eat on the patio, depending on your pleasure.

In the bedroom, which is to the quiet courtyard site, has a kingsize bed and a walk-in cupboard, where you can put your luggage in, next to the flat iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a showercurtain, a sink, a toilet and a bidet. Because of a skylight the bathroom is bright and nice.

The roof patio with a big sun blind is 30qm, komfortable and not visible for neighbours. The interior of the patio are 2 sunbeds, a table with 4 chairs. And like already said, this roof patio has an astonishing view.
