Property description
The holiday flat near the sea is located on the 3rd floor of the Sunset residential complex in La Arena / Puerto Santiago on the southwest coast of Tenerife just before Los Gigantes.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are less than 100 m away from the complex. From the balcony you have a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach "Playa La Arena" is within walking distance (approx. 700m).
The small tourist resort is located on the sunny southwest coast between Los Gigantes and Alcala. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There is a beautiful beach bay with lava sand, sun loungers and parasols. Everything in the village can be reached on foot, so a rental car is not absolutely necessary. There is also a dialysis station in Playa La Arena.

The holiday flat has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en suite. There is a large couch in the living area as well as a flat screen TV with satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and openly integrated into the living area. Both bedrooms have a large double bed. Of the two bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the other a shower.
The flat also has a beautiful terrace where you can end the day with a good glass of wine and a view of the sea. The flat and its location on the sunniest coast of Tenerife is perfect for all holidaymakers, especially for wintering guests and those who want to combine work and holiday.
