The flat is located close to the sea in Playa San Juan at the south west coast of Tenerife. The holiday flat is situated in a small residental street only a few minutes away from the sea. The beach of Playa San Juan is reachable on foot, as well. On the roof of the building there is a community rooftop-terrace with sunbeds, table and seatings.
Playa San Juan with its beautiful plaza, the narrow streets and the small shops is a idyllic village, which kept its original charme. Here you meet predominantly locals. The beach and the fishing port are ideal for walks. Playa San Juan is as well an ideal starting point for hikes and boat trips.
Equipment
The flat is bright and offers a balcony and a communal roof-top terrace. The flat is well equipped. There is a sofa bed in the livingroom, as well as a dining table and an open kitchen. The kitchen is completely equipped with gas stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and much more kitchen utensils.
The furnished balcony is located in front of the livingroom. There is a bedroom with double bed and large closet. The bathroom offers a washing table, a bidet, a bathtub, a hair dryer and a washing machine.

We were very kindly welcomed by the landlady's daughter and shown into the flat. The flat fully corresponded to the description. The balcony offered enough space. The market, which takes place every Wednesday, is only a few hundred metres away. The accommodation is highly recommended.
Nearby, about 50 m, on both sides of the crossroads are two restaurants where you can eat cheaply. A hairdresser is only 20 m away. The nearest ice cream parlour is 100 m away. The beach is about 15 minutes away on foot.

The accommodation is quietly situated, very tastefully furnished, very clean and
very well equipped. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to recommend the accommodation to others.Recommendation: The restaurant right on the harbour, a little hidden, opening hours 12.30-16 h. Very good cuisine.

The accommodation was very nice and we received a friendly welcome.
We were very happy with our accommodation, however, very simple wooden boards for cutting could be added for the kitchen.It is highly recommended to go hiking, cycling and of course to relax on the beaches. With a rental car you can explore the island.

We were received very nicely by the landlady's daughter at a late hour. After my sister had an accident, she took great care of us and organised an ambulance with everything that was needed. Our special thanks again for this. A quiet house. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but it's not too bad because of the beautiful promenade. The equipment of the flat is sufficient. Everything you need is there. We would like to come back.
Just opposite our flat was a small restaurant with good local and reasonably priced cuisine. The chef was always very friendly. The bay of Alcala (no beach, just a stone platform) is great for snorkelling. Also a very nice little town.
