The resort with 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom duplex flats lies in the sunny south of Tenerife, directly at the 18 hole golf course Playa Las Américas surrounded by a gardenscape with pools and fountains. From the resort, you need only a few minutes to get to the most beautiful beaches of Tenerife by car: Playa Vista beach in Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas und the popular beach Playa Fañabé.
With its terraces, pools, restaurants and bars, the resort in colonial style offers relaxation. The 18 hole golf couse “Golf Las Américas”, bordering on the resort, is ideal for golf because of its interesting terrain and the beautiful, sunny location. As there are offered many different activities, there is lots of variety for golfers, families with children and couples. Enjoy the service of a hotel and the individuality of your own flat.
2 pools (heated in winter) and 2 jacuzzis, sun terraces with sun loungers and sunshades for free are at your disposal. Furthermore, there are open-air-pool-bar with snacks, restaurant with waiters (open: October-April), bar, spacious lounge, putting green, playroom with pool tables and table-top football, giant chess, internet, 24h reception, safe at the reception (for a fee), money exchance at the reception, coin-operated washing machine, mini-market, underground car park for free, daily bus service hotel-beach/golf club (several times a day,except for Sundays).

Facilities for kids: highchairs, cots and baby changing table on request, separate shallow pool (heated in winter), 2 unsupervised playgrounds, mini-disco.

Activities: daily changing light entertainment programme: aerobics, aquarobics, waterpolo, callisthenics and various competitions, in the evening entertainment with bingo, shows and live music.

The stylish and bright flats have one bedrooms and 2 extra beds for two more persons in the living room. Each flat has a living room, with kitchenette, TV (satellite reciver for a fee), couch set, dining table, ceiling fan. The kitchen contains stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, crockery, kettle and coffee machine.
From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the green space. The flats have a bathroom with shower, bidet, wc, washbasin and hair dryer. On arrival, you’ll get a wolcome gift.
