Playa San Juan is a popular holiday resort. This private 4-bedroom holiday flat on the 1st floor is sure to delight many, especially since you have a lift to the flat here.

Away from the mass tourism on the southwest coast of Tenerife lies the beautiful fishing village of Playa San Juan, directly in one of the best climatic zones of the island. You will find the sandy beach only a few minutes' walk from the house, as well as a small fishing harbour and a very nice walkway along the sea which leads to the beautiful large plaza with benches and large, old trees with shady spots. There are  bizarre lava formations in the Atlantic and the surrounding area, small shops of all kinds, bars and fish restaurants with freshly caught fish. This gives you the original character of this fishing village, even if the place has become somewhat more modern over the years. Most of the people who live in Playa San Juan are locals and there is still little tourism.

The fiesta "San Juan" and "La Virgen del Carmen", the patron saint of sailors - with music and concluding fireworks is held annually at the harbour opposite the flat - 7 days around the 1st weekend in August.

The flat is modern and brightly furnished. There is a living room with open kitchenette, dining table, sofa and TV.

There are 2 bathrooms and a total of 4 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms each with a single bed and the 4th with a french double bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is equipped for holidays, among other things with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc... and access to the terrace. Wi-Fi is also available.

In front of the living room with large doors is the terrace with garden furniture. There is also a sea view, but from the side and therefore limited. There is a smart TV with international TV channels and internet connection. In a small adjoining room there is a washing machine and an iron.

Thanks to the central location, you don't need a rental car to go to the beach or shopping. Treat yourself to a nice holiday here, a refreshing swim in the sea, a nice walk, a good meal or just visit the typical weekly market on the pretty beach promenade!

Many shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, beauty, fashion and hair salons and fresh fruit can be found in Playa San Juan, as well as very good restaurants, fish restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and bars and a South American tapas bar.
