Property description
Playa San Juan is a popular holiday resort. This private 3 bedroom flat on the second floor will inspire you. You reach the flat by lift.
Away from the mass tourism on the southwest coast of Tenerife is the beautiful fishing village of Playa San Juan. It is located in one of the best climate zones on the island. The newly established sandy beach can be found just a few minutes by foot. Furthermore you will find a small fishing port and a wonderful pavement, which leads you directly along the sea. The way brings you to a big Plaza with benches and big trees where you can relax.
At this place you will find everything your heart desires: bizarre lava formations in the Atlantic Ocean, narrow streets, all kind of small shops, bars and fish restaurants with freshly caught fish. You will feel the special flair of this place, but of cause the city has become more modern over the years.
In the village of Playa San Juan live mostly locals.

The living rooms of the flat are distributed as follows. Living room with open kitchenette, dining table, sofa and TV. The flat is modern and brightly furnished.
There are 2 bathrooms and a total of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite (private bathroom with whirlpool tub and bidet). The 2nd with 2 single beds and the 3rd with one single bed. The 2. bathroom has a shower.
The kitchen is well furnished, including ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker.
The flat is beautifully and harmoniously furnished. In front of the living room is a large terrace with sea view, which is a bit limited, but can still be described as a beautiful sea view. You also have access to the terrace from the kitchen. The work may cause noise disturbance at certain times.
There is a smart TV with international TV channels and Internet connection.
In a small room there is a washing machine and an iron.
Thanks to the central location, you do not need a rental car to go to the beach or go shopping. Enjoy your time off. Take a refreshing swim in the ocean, a nice walk, a good meal or just visit the typical weekly market on the beautiful beach promenade!

The flat was clean, but very sparsely furnished. There are quite a few things missing that are important for everyday life, especially if you want to use the flat as a place to cook, etc. The kitchen is very clean. Cutlery/crockery is counted out for 6 people; pots are just about sufficient, other vessels such as salad bowls etc. are simply missing. Cutlery very cheap. That annoyed us! Otherwise, the flat is modernly furnished, in the living/dining/kitchen area it is quite cramped for more than 4 people inside; the dining table is extendable, but very narrow.
The flat is in a nice central location, you always have to look for a parking space, but that's not a big problem. However, the house and thus the flat are very noisy; some of the neighbours were quite loud, and we must have been heard as well. That's a pity, because at night you were sometimes disturbed...Nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the flat, all within walking distance. Shopping facilities are just as good and within walking distance. If you want to buy some organic food, you should go to Lidl (Los Gigantes or Adeje) (although I don't want to advertise here, but it is more or less the only possibility in the area). There is also a farmers' market in Adeje.

The flat was very nice and the location even better than described.
You even had two views of the water/harbour.
The only thing missing was some of the equipment.
There were no bed linen/towels to change.
But that was not a problem so we had to do the washing ourselves. There was a washing machine.
