This little “diamond” provides absolute silence and relaxation. It is your personal paradise for a relaxing and casual vacation in classy ambience. Your holiday house has a tropical garden. The house is individually and charmingly furnished and decorated und offers plenty of privacy and comfort. Harmonic colors and different light spots provide a cozy 82 qm area.

The heated community pool (6 x 18 m) is surrounded by palms. The free of charge sun loungers invite you to relax and offer a great view over Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, the close-by majestic, brown mountains and as a contrast the deep-blue Atlantic Ocean.
There are 7 different golf courts, that, surely, have something for any golfer. Thanks to its ideal golf-weather all around the year Tenerife is a first-class golf-travel-goal. You can reach the golf courts of Adeje and Las Americas, as well as the sandy beaches in this coastal towns within 10 minutes by car.

Bedroom with big double bed (2 x 2 m) with quality mattress for relaxing sleep, big closet with safe, 2 nightstands with lamps.

The big living room has 2 comfortable couches and 2 couch tables. An 82-cm-flat-screen satelite TV provides TV and radio stations. Video and DVD collection, as well as plenty of books for full entertainment. The big window brings bright, warm sunlight all day.

Fully equiped fitted kitchen: 4 hot plates stove and granite-countertop, oven, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler and fridge with icebox.

There are 2 further big build-in closets in the big corridor, that connects the rooms. In an storeroom guests will find iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensiles.

The bathroom has a shower and a window that covers the whole wall, 2 spacious closets and a washing machine. Furthermore there is a separate guest-toilet with sink.

Alltogether there are 3 terraces for your convenience. The 25 qm northern terrace is locatedin front of the house. The spacious 22 qm southern terrace provides an amazing view into the tropical garden, to the ocean and the mountains. The electric sunblind will bring shadow if wanted. Due to the calm location guests can sunbath and enjoy romantic sunsets without interruption underneath the spangled sky. From this terrace you will get over stairs to the 3rd terrace. Tropical trees and exotic bushes provide shadow. A small path will guide you through this sea of blossoms.

Two tables, 6 chairs, a sunshade, as well as 2 wide sun loungers will turn relaxing into complete pleassure.

The whole house is equiped with outside blinds which provides extra safety and a comfy atmosphere.
Elegant and high standard bedding and towels sufficiently available.
