Holiday flat with 2 bedrooms, WiFi, great views, rooftop pool with views of La Gomera and walking distance to the beach in Playa La Arena. The residential complex is located at the end of a dead-end street, just a few metres from the sea. It is a very quiet complex with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean.
The weather in Playa la Arena is the best on the island. Almost always sunny and hardly ever windy. Playa La Arena is a beautiful coastal town in the sun-kissed south-west of Tenerife and is located near the well-known town of Los Gigantes.
There is a beautiful beach bay with lava sand, sun loungers and parasols. Everything in the village is within walking distance, so a hire car is not absolutely necessary. There are various restaurants and shops in Playa La Arena. There is also a dialysis centre.
Playa La Arena belongs to Puerto Santiago and is located on the sun-kissed south-west coast just before Los Gigantes. Overwinterers and long-term holidaymakers appreciate Playa La Arena because it is not so big, but still offers everything you could wish for on holiday and, above all, because it has the sunniest and warmest climate.
Equipment
The flat with its 50 m2 offers space for 1-3 guests for a nice holiday, but also for a longer stay during the winter. The Taucho building has a lift. You enter the flat and see the fully equipped kitchen, the dining table and the living room with SAT-TV. WiFi is also available. You have a balcony on this side with spectacular sea views. The bathroom has a WC, shower and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed, one with a double bed.
On the roof of the building there is a swimming pool with sun loungers. The views from this point are spectacular and you can enjoy sunbathing in peace.
This is a fantastic location for those who love nature - the Punta Blanca promenade for walking and jogging on the edge of the ocean, an excellent fishing spot, natural pools. The cliffs of Los Gigantes are only a few minutes away by car and the unique black sand beach of Playa La Arena is a 5-minute walk away. Not as crowded as Costa Adeje.
