This house is situated 300m above sea level, below Arafo in the south of Tenerife, on a property of 200m² with 2 detached holiday houses. They are separated by a hedge, so you have your own pool with garden and terraces and thus undisturbed privacy. The well-kept garden has palms, ornamental plants and many fruit trees.

The town of Arafo and especially the church are worth a visit. In the town, there are also some restaurants and bars. The surrounding beaches are ca. 6km away. The family-friendly house is ideal to relax and the region is a good starting point for hiking tours in Montaña de las Arenas or Cumbre Dorsal.

The detached holiday house in Arafo with big private pool (ca. 7x4) is in the front part of the property.
The holiday house has 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen with separate dining area. The living room has living room suite, sat-TV, radio and CD-player. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook (ceramic hob, coffee machine, kitchen appliances...).

One of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed, the others have two single beds each. The bathroom contains shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

From the living room, you come to the balcony with seats and view of the pool. Over the spiral staircase, you come to the roof terrace. From there, you have a wonderful view of the sea. In the garden, there are brick BBQ and pool with additional sun deck with sun loungers and sun shades, only at your disposal.
A radiator for heating can also be placed at your disposal.

A communal washing machine, a pergola with seating area and Wi-Fi Zone in Shared outdoor area is also available.
