Holiday house with pool | romantic finca with great outdoor area in the south

300m above sea level, below Arafo in the south of the island, there is the house on a property of 200m² with 2 detached holiday houses with private pool each. They are separated by a hedge, so you have your own pool with garden and terraces and thus undisturbed privacy. The well-kept garden has palms, ornamental plants and many fruit trees.

The town of Arafo is very appealing and the church is worth a visit. In the town, there are also some restaurants and bars. The surrounding beaches are ca. 6km away. The house is family-friendly, ideal to relax and the region is a good starting point for hiking tours in Montaña de las Arenas or Cumbre Dorsal.

The holiday home is located at the back of the property and has a living room with a cosy seating area, a dining table, and a TV with satellite TV, radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, a 4-plate ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave and more.

One of the three bedrooms has a double bed, the other two have 2 single beds each. The two bathrooms are equipped with bathtub with shower device, washbasin and toilet.
The entire house has been furnished with dark tropical wood furniture, giving it a beautiful ambience.

The round private pool (7x3.5 metres) is definitely a highlight of this house. On the sun terrace you have deck chairs, a brick barbecue and garden at your sole disposal. Should it get a bit chilly in the evening, an electric radiator can be used for heating.

There is also a communal washing machine, a pergola with seating area and wi-fi zone in the communal outdoor area.
