The private residential complex is directly opposite the beach Playa La Tejita, more precisely Playa Chiringuito also known as Pirate's Bay with the great beach bar "El Pirata". The complex is self-contained and guests have access to a large communal pool and a children's pool.

The holiday home is also ideal for long-term holidaymakers, families with children and surfers and kiters (surf and kite beaches around the corner). A shopping centre with a supermarket, bars and restaurants is about 5 minutes away.
