Holiday flat with pool 5 min to Beach in Playa Las Americas

Playa Las Américas is a very popular holiday resort in the sun safe south of Tenerife with many beaches, shops, promenade and restaurants. From your flat, which is directly (and centrally) in Las Américas, you may take walks on the different beaches up to 1 hour and longer.
It takes about 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and the sportsharbor Puerto Colón.
To the different golf courses it takes about 5 to 10 minutes by car.
The holiday flat is also interesting for families and longterm-vacationers, because of the proximity to the beach, promenade and restaurants. If you are looking for an absolutely calm and quiet flat, this might not be the best choice.

This bright holiday flat is situated in the 1st floor (lift available) and has an dining-/ livingroom with open kitchen and big fridge/freezer, ceran-cooking-plates, toaster, coffee-machine, microwave. In the living area there is a sofa, which can be used as a second bed and a dining table.
There is 1 bedroom with each 2 beds (90 x190) and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is with WC, sink and bathtub with integrated shower.

On the furnished terrace with table and 2 chairs you hava a great view of the sea. In the pool area there are a little bar and sunchairs. *****Reference*****

Transfer Airport South (Reina Sofia) by arrival and departure. Price: 30,-€
Transfer Airport North (Los Rodeos) by arrival and departure. Price: 120,-€
The washing machine is a Laundromat in the edificio.

In front of the entry there are restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets.
