This beautiful holiday flat is located in a well-kept Miraverde residential complex.
Miraverde belongs to the municipality of Adeje, in the southwest of Tenerife and is very popular with vacationers because of its quiet, well-kept location. Nevertheless, you can walk to the beach within 20 minutes (about 2 km); likewise, supermarket, cafés, pharmacy, medical centre, bus stop are within a radius of 5 walking minutes.
The complex has a beautiful, solar-powered communal pool with sun loungers and a pool café offering snacks.

The Miraverde complex is a quiet complex where residents seek peace and quiet. Parties, loud music etc. are forbidden here, for this reason this complex is not suitable for young people looking for a party.
The bright holiday flat is designed in Canarian style and has a living area with a comfortable sofa corner, satellite TV, dining table and an open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceran cooktop, fridge, etc. In the separate bedroom there is a double bed (180 - 200) and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
From the living area you have access to a furnished balcony with an all-round sea view and of the palm garden.

The accommodation was just perfect - super clean, great view, the kitchen had everything you need and much more. A mini-market and a bus stop are just around the corner, and the whole complex, including the pool, is very well maintained. It was a 20-minute walk to the beautiful beach Playa del Duque.
