This great holiday home for up to 6 people is located in the quiet urbanizacion La Tejita, between the surfer's paradise El Medano and the coastal town Los Abrigos in the sunny south of Tenerife. It is in a well-kept complex with pools, tennis court, playground and garage parking. It is ideal for beach, bathing or activity holidays with family or friends. Directly behind the wonderful, long sandy beach of Tejita with a small cosy beach bar. A real holiday atmosphere is created here!

Due to the close location (a few kilometres) to the motorway, you can quickly reach any point on the island. The popular and lively tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only about 15 minutes away by car, and the southern airport is only a few minutes away. Several golf courses can be reached in about 10 minutes.

The holiday home with a living area of 120m² extends over three floors and offers comfortable space for up to 6 people. It impresses above all with its friendly, modern and excellent furnishings.

On the lower level, there is a 50m2 basement with a bathroom with shower, a desk as well as 6 single beds.

On the entrance floor there is a large terrace to the northeast, perfect for having breakfast with the sun and view of the garden, as well as another terrace to the west with a dining table and with a view to the pool. The spacious living / dining room is furnished with American kitchen, couch, high-quality built-in wardrobe, satellite TV, high-speed internet with 600 Mbps, indoor and outdoor dining area, high-quality wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster and other cooking utensils and thus leaves nothing to be desired. The second complete bathroom with shower is located on this floor.

Upstairs are another 2 bedrooms, both with double beds ( 1.50m x 2.00 m ) and high quality fitted wardrobes. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower / bath tub, storage, sink, bidet and WC. The master bedroom has a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool and the highest mountain in Spain, the Teide.

Besides 2 comfortable sofa seating areas, a dining table with chairs, you will find a barbecue, beach utensils, tennis rackets and some toys for the little guests! Sufficient storage space for the bike, surf or sports equipment is also available as well as a safe.

A change of bed linen, change of towels, beach towels, hairdryer, ironing kit and a washing machine is available.

The holiday home has a private underground parking space only 30 m from the house.

The complex has 2 large pools (with children's pool) and (free) sun loungers, tennis court and a restaurant / cafeteria. The new shopping centre La Tejita with supermarket, restaurants and shops is just opposite. To the great and longest natural sandy beach of Tenerife it is only 200m.
