Finca holiday flat 2 with terrace & sea view above Costa Adeje

Above Las Americas, in the sunny south west of Tenerife, the holiday flat is situated on a finca, about 400m above the sea, in Los Menores, near Adeje. Here, away from the mass tourism, you can enjoy peace and recreation during your holidays. The plot is about 12,000 m² large and offers 3 flats, a holiday home and the renter´s main house, as well as gardens and a pool.

Sunbeds and seatings are to be found at the communal pool (4 x 8 m), which is heated by solar energy.
The closest natural beach is located in the local fishing village of El Puertito, which is about 8 minutes away by car.
In the surroundings there are some small shops and restaurants.

You can let yourself be pampered by a massage and feel good program and by physiotherapeutic treatments (payment on site). On request you can do horsebackriding (also lessons) or guitar and piano lessons during your holidays. If you are interested, just ask Gerdi on site.

The holiday flat is about 70m² large and offers a livingroom with dining area and open kitchen. There is a sofa bed (2 x 2.7m), a television with satellite TV, DVD, radio, MP3 and CD player and a notebook working place with internet access (DSL with WiFi).
The kitchen is equipped with sink, electronic stove (2 plates), fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and further kitchen utensils.

In the bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 2 m) with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.
In front of the apartment there is a sun terrace with sunbeds, parasol and barbecue. Here you can enjoy an amazing view of the Atlatic ocean and the coastal villages of the Costa Adeje.
The holiday flat is non-smoking. For this passion your terrace with a wonderful sea view or the outdoor area is at your disposal. So we also respect the wishes of non-smoking guests.

Small supermarkets and restaurants are to be found in the surrounding area within 1-2 km. Shops of all kinds are in the coastal villages.
