Property description
The flat is located across to the pool of a housing complex in “the new part” of Playa San Juan. At the terrace you have got a view of the sea, on clear days even up to the neighbor isle La Gomera. According to the season you may have great sunsets here.
You will find the fisher-place Playa San Juan at the south coast of Teneriffa. Indeed this place has grown over the years, but the original southern kernel around the plaza and downstairs at the sea stayed. Vacation in Playa San Juan means, to get to know the lifestyle of the natives and to be included into it. You might experience this at shopping-tours, in bars or cafes or especially at typical canarian parties. Sometimes you hear some german or englisch words, but apart from that you only meet a few tourists in Playa San Juan.
Equipment
The here described holiday flat is a flat with generous living space and a modern furniture. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower bath available. One of the bedrooms is with a double bed, the other one with a single bed. The living room has got a couch, dining table and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with for example an 4-plate-ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave, a fridge- and freezer-combination, toaster, dishes, and so on.
The highlight consists of the great terrace, which has got a garden furniture with deck chairs. Enjoy the first shafts of sunlight during breakfast and the gorgeous sea view.

The apartment, the housing area and the pool were clean and appealing. On the tall terrace from the apartment you have a wonderful sea view till La Gomera.

Positive aspects of the Apartment were the huge terrace and the wonderful sea view-

We got welcomed friendly from the owner of Café Carla, the house was located quiet and clean. The terrace of the house is wonderful. We often visited Carla´s Cafe, because we really can recommend the food.
Two excursions you should definitly do:
Barranco Inferno with a wonderful overview and afterwards visit the restaurant "Othello".
Roundtrip of Los Silos (6,5 hours)
After 4 years of visiting Tenerife we are still excited to see some more things here, it never becomes boring.
