The flat is located in the south of Tenerife in El Médano near the beach.
El Médano is a paradise for all surfer, especially kite and windsurfer but it also has nice long beaches and of course a great boardwalk, so it´s perfect for families and couples too. Here you find different stores to go shopping, cafés and restaurants and a few surf schools.
The image of El Médano is mainly characterized by the red mountain, called "Montana Roja" and all the water sports enthusiasts.

It has 2 bedrooms and is part of a housing complex with a community pool. The furnished and wind proofed balconies on the south side offer a nice view to the pool, the sea and the Montaña Roja.

Furthermore there are several bike rental companies, a diving school and some surf/ kite schools.
Several golf courses can be reached within 10 minutes.

The flat is on the 4th floor (lift available) in the housing area "Estrella del Mar". It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with open kitchen and a balcony.
One bedroom is provided with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. In the kitchen you will find e.g. a stove and oven, a microwave and the washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa and the TV. From here you have access to the balcony with its great view over the ocean and Montana Roja.

Own Wi-Fi (ADSL 10 Mb line) is also available.

The flat is ideal for all active vacationer but also for beach lover and families who want to spend their time at the sea.
