Property description
The holiday flat is located on a big property with garden and barbecue area, together with 2 other holiday flats, a holiday house and the owner’s house. The flat with its 36m² of living space is perfect for 2 people.
It is only 10 minutes to the next bus stop. You can get to the nearest beach in San Juan in 15 minutes by car. Here you will find restaurants, supermarkets as well as showers and public lavatories at the beach. Tejina de Guia is a peaceful mountain village without tourism and lies about 550 meters above sea level. You have a fantastic view of the coast and the neighbouring islands La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma.
Equipment
The living room is equipped with a sofa, satellite TV, radio, CD-Player and many books. From there you have access to the wooden terrace (15m²) with garden furniture, sunshade and ocean view. The well-equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room and offers you a gas cooker and stove. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
The bedroom is equipped with two single beds (80x200) which are standing together. The bedding will be changed after 14 days, the towels after 7 days.
IMPORTANT: Please bring your own towels for the beach.
The holiday flat has a central heating system. The washing machine can be used for a fee.

Great view from the terrace, a wonderful garden and a friendly committed lessor from the apartment.
I recommend the hike from Parador to Piso Viejo - exhausting but you will have a great view and see a moonscape.

The apartment is exactly like it was on the pictures, comfy, with a great view and a wonderful garden. The friendly landlord couple welcomed us courteous and were happy to give us some helpful hints.
We really enjoyed it and will come back one day.The landscape of the island is just wonderful for hiking and bike riding.
