House with panorama sea view and heatable private pool | Costa Adeje

This holiday house has large panorama windows in the living area with a great view. It is on an approximately 20.000m² big properties with 9 holiday houses in total. It is located in the of Tenerife above the Costa Adeje in the living area Las Moraditas.

In front of the house is a roofed and furnished terrace which provides an amazing view of the south coast and the Atlantic. Next to the terrace is the 9x4m private heated pool. It is really close to the house and invites you for a swim in the morning.

The garden of the house has many plants, sculptures, lights and also peacocks. With a bit of luck you find a feather which you can take home as a souvenir. Next to the house is a second furnished terrace with a brick-built grill and a nice view.

You need approximately 10-15min by car to the below mentioned beaches. Grocery stores are around 5min away by car and the Siam Mall (for shopping trips) is around 10min away by car. The property is built on a hill side what provides the amazing view but also means you need a car.

The last approximately 400m of the approach road are a little adventure. But if you drive slow and careful it should be any problem.

The holiday house got renovated in 2015 and has a size of 130qm in total. Here are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area and an open kitchen. So there is enough space for 4 people.
The bedrooms have a two single beds each, which are arranged into double beds. Each has a size of 0,90m x 1,90m and together they are 1,80m x 1,90m. The bathroom has a ground-level shower.

The kitchen has e.g. a gas stove, an oven, an extractor fan, a microwave, a big refrigerator and freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and more. There is also a washing machine you can use. The living area has a Sat-Tv  a chimney and a dining table.

Note:
Pool heating: The pool is heatable - price 15.- Euro / day.
If the pool water has to be tempered, please send a mail directly to the landlord 1 day before your arrival. A certain water temperature is not guaranteed by the landlord.

Electricity: The house is connected to the public power supply. But the power supply is not equal with the power supply in Great Britain or Germany. Sometimes it can be overloaded if you use too many electrical devices at the same time.

The supermarkts like Mercadona or Lidl are about 1,5km away. In the area you will find a weekly market with fresh vegetables and fruits from Tenerife.
