Property description
The duplex holiday Flat for 5 people is located close to the sea in the fishing village El Porís, at the south coast of Tenerife. The location is calm but still central, and it is only one minute on foot to the beach. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, supermarkets and much more is reachable on foot.
You can enjoy the sun nearly all year round at the south coast of Tenerife. Poris de Abona is located at the south coast about 10km away from the airport. The island capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife is reachable within about 35km. If you want to create individual holidays and want to be accommodated far away from the mass tourism, you will love it here.

The duplex holiday flat is furnished stylishly and offers a great sea view.
On the lower floor there is a living area with Flat-TV 42 - satellite TV and open kitchen, the access to the terrace and a guest toilet.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and balcony, one with two single beds, and one with single bed. Furthermore there are the both bathrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4 plates ceran stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, blender, juicer, coffee machine and much more kitchen utensils. A washing machine is available, too.
The furnished terrace offers an amazing view of the Atlantic ocean. On hot days you can refresh yourself in the pool.
