Spectacular designer apartment overlooking Porís Bay, in the south of Tenerife. Spacious and bright living room, open to the terrace, which can be used all year round as it is sheltered from the wind, with impressive views of La Punta beach and El Porís lighthouse. From the terrace you can enjoy your meals with the best views or a relaxing drink at sunset. We, the owners, have taken care of every detail so that you can enjoy a unique holiday in Tenerife.

There is a garage space available for your hire car and there is a lift in the building.

The holiday apartment offers a large private terrace of 26m2, with access from the living room and with a fantastic sea and beach view.

The apartment is very bright and modern, decorated in white and natural tones. The living room has custom-made furniture and an open-plan kitchen. The ‘Dica’ kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and utensils (microwave oven, induction hob, mixer, electric coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher...).

One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200), the second has two single beds (90 x 200) and a table where you can work comfortably if you need to during your holiday.

The lovely furnished terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the bay.

Free Wi-Fi, smart TV, bath towels (1 set per week per person) and beach towels (1 per person) are included.
