This comfortable Canarian holiday home offers 249 m² of living space. Its unique design allows a generous amount of natural light to flood the entire place. In the centre of the house is a charming ‘patio’ around which all the rooms are distributed. There is also an outdoor kitchen next to the spacious barbecue area, the private pool and the garden, which covers a total area of 1800 m². There is also a private car park and a table tennis table.

Puerto de la Cruz with its outlying areas is a popular holiday destination with holidaymakers. The north offers lush and green nature for the eyes and senses. Puerto de la Cruz also has a beautiful old town, promenade along the sea, good restaurants, nice shops and southern flair.

The mild climate provides the green surroundings. Despite tourist development, the town has managed to retain its own charm. In addition to many restaurants, bars and cafés, there are numerous Canarian-style buildings, beautiful parks, bathing areas and promenades. If you want to spend some quality time by the sea, you can visit the garden beach Playa Jardin, for example.

Entering through the main entrance and turning left, you come to a small room that can serve as a bedroom (with a sofa bed) or a retreat. Next to this room is another room with two single beds and next to it a bathroom with shower. Further forward there is a room with a double bed and the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The high-quality wooden furniture in the house is over 100 years old, and some rooms also have custom-made furniture. Further along the corridor is another double bedroom with views of the pool. Behind this is the living room, equipped with satellite TV, which gives access to the pool area with barbecue. Next to the living room is a spacious dining room and the kitchen, which also has access to the garden and garage.
