Property description
Holiday home on a finca with year-round heated pool and sea / Teide views near Puerto de la Cruz. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday. From here you can walk to La Paz or Puerto de la Cruz. It is only a few minutes by car. You can also walk to the 9-hole La Rosaleda golf course in just 10 minutes.
The 20,000 m2 finca is mainly planted with avocados and some banana plantations. From here you have a wonderful panoramic view. On one side you can see the mountains and the Teide. On the other side you have a view over the banana plantations to the sea. The habitable part is approx. 1000 m2 in size. There are 2 spacious houses built in the Canarian style.
Equipment
The houses are made with first-class materials, rustically furnished and very cosy. All the ceilings are made of high-quality wood, with fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, WLAN and actually everything, or even more, that you need on holiday. All rooms have natural light, even the bathroom
The Strelizia holiday home described here has approx. 105 m2 of living space and is suitable for 2 - 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), a shower room, large living area, satellite TV and WLAN and a large kitchen. There is also a large veranda and a private patio of 20 m2.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sufficient crockery and small appliances such as coffee machine, toaster and kettle etc. Tea towels are provided.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Towels (including pool towels) and bed linen are provided
Outside there is a large, well-kept garden of approx. 600 m2. The 32 m2 pool is heated to 27 º C all year round. Sun loungers are available. A covered barbecue area with barbecue and two large dining tables invites you to barbecue and chill out. The garden, pool and barbecue are shared between the two houses.
The finca has a large, private car park for 8 cars.
Arrival between 15.00 - 21.00 hrs.
From 21.00 there is a charge of 35 €. From midnight 50 €.
