Property description

The amazing finca is located in Alcala which is at the south west coast of Tenerife. The finca is surrounded by banana plantations and so close to the sea that it has its own beach access. To get to the beach with different bay's you will go through the garden with the chill-out area and the bananas. There are not many fincas with this location and even less are for holiday rental.

The finca has two levels. On the upper level are 5 flats and a bodega. On the lower level are the garden with the chill-out area, the banana fields and the access to the beach.

The garden is the perfect place to relax. It has a kind of Pavilion with sitting pads and pillows, a BBQ area with a refrigerator, a roofed eating area surrounded by flowers and trees, as well as an open eating area.
From the garden you have a appr. 20m long path to get to the sea. Here you will find a small sea water pool and the new beach of Alcala. If you want it calm and quiet, just relax on the terrace of the finca. Here you have a great view to the sea and on good days you can also see the islands: la Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.


This holiday house is placed on the left side of the finca and has with its big terrace the most privacy. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a living area with a sleeping sofa, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is provided with almost everything. It has a stove and oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, kettle and coffee maker, as well as dishes, cutlery and pots. The dining table is in the living area, as well as the TV and Internet. There is also an electrical oven in the living area, even if it doesn’t get used in general.

A furnished terrace and the garden with the chill-out areas are also for you to use. You will see many things from different countries on this finca, because the owners aren’t just kind and helpful but also travelled a lot. So they decorated each flat individual with its own charm.
