Flat in Puerto Santiago/ Tenerife southwest coast

This well equipped flat is in the popular coast village Puerto Santiago, close to the cliff line Los Gigantes. The village is on the southwest side of the island, this is the sunniest and the warmest side. A promenade invites for long walkings along the coast. Diving, snorkeling, Whale watching, hiking or just lazing around at the beach is possible in Puerto Santiago.

The flat is in a quiet residential area. In the immediate vicinity is a plaza with restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a playground. Quiet recently opened a Lidl-supermarket close-by. At the Lidl supermarket is also the busstop. Over steps you will get to the main coast street and in 7 minutes to the small beach Playa Chicas.

The modern flat is on the second floor and accessible by a lift, this makes it convinient for wheelchair user as well. The flat has a big living kitchen with a private furnished patio, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1,40 x 2,00 m), a nursery with a bunk bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower appliance. In the livingroom area is a couch which can be used as a bed as well. (1,40 x 1,90 m) and a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen has a stove with oven, a refigerator, mixer, toaster, a juice sqeezer, coffeemaker and more. The livingroom has next to the couch also a television, a stereo with CD player and USB Plug. For hotter or colder days the flat has a mobile air condition and a ventilator.
