A highlight is the huge space and the location of the property: calm, quaint and with an amazing panorama view of the south / south west coast, the Atlantic and the neighbour islands.
You are able to watch the sunset from several relaxing areas in the garden.
Nearby, around 5min by car, you reach several grocery stores and on Saturdays there is a market.
Also the nice beaches of the Costa Adeje (La Caleta, Playa Fañabé, Playa del Duque, Las Americas) are nearby and reachable in less than 10min.

The house has a size of around 100m², has new furnishing and offers a good comfort. Everything that makes a holiday pleasant is offered in this house, e.g. a dish washer and a Jacuzzi.
The living room is provided with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a chimney and more. The kitchen is well furnished and separated by the dining area by a circular arc.
The holiday house has three bedrooms with double beds (1,80m x 1,90m) and two bathrooms. One bathroom belongs to the main bedroom and is en suit and has a Jacuzzi. The other bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. Both bathrooms are provided with a sink and a toilette as well.
In front of the house you have different terraces. One terrace is roofed and furnished and is a good place to relax, to enjoy the view and to daydream.
