The studios are located in a mansion with 13 flats and studios, garden and pool in Puerto de la Cruz above the Playa Jardín. You will find this mansion in a very calm area with a nice BBQ-place and a 160m² big and sunny terrace. As the house is placed on a lightly hillside and it is surrounded by banana plantations, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, a view over the Teide and the Orotavatal. Although it is a quiet area, shopping facilities, the city and the beach are reachable in 15 minutes by foot (1km). You will find beautiful waterscapes beaches, golf, hiking- and mountainbiking-facilities nearby. This domicile is a great one to enjoy relaxation at the pool area, in the garden, on the sun terrace or in your lounge furnishment. You, as a guest, can use the outdoor kitchen and a Bodega with drink consignments. the following accomplishments are included in the price: weekly cleaning and change of bedding, pool-/ beach towels, BBQ, avocados, bananas, cactus pears, papayas, mangos, oranges etc. from own plantations. The studios are equipped with SAT-TV and international TV-programmes, telephones, gas central heating etc. The pool with joint usage is heated. For a fee, you can also have breakfast buffet or bun consignments, a hair dryer, raclettes, fondues, DVD-players, laundry service, babysitters etc. Your valuables can be safed in the main safe in the office. For a fee of 50€, you can use unlimited internet via WiFi.

The studios are furnished lovely and comfortable, consisting of a living- and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (two mattresses). The living room is equipped with different furnitures, a table to eat for two people, flatscreen TV and a kitchen. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, as well as a bath tub. A very nice veranda belongs to the studio. Caution: 100€ at arival!
