Semi-detached house with big terrace and amazing view, garden & community pool

This property is located above the Costa Adeje which is one of the best climatic zones of Tenerife. The house has two levels and a total size of around 300m². Here you can rent the upper, well-furnished level. Due to the hillside, both levels have their own entrance. This part of the house owns two furnished terraces. One is really big and has a great view of the south and south-west coast, as well as the Atlantic and the neighbour islands La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. Relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine.

The property is located in Las Moraditas, above the Costa Adeje and in an area of villas. It is an idyllic place with lots of space, a great view and lots of green plants which isn’t that common.

In August 2015 they build a new community pool you can use, as well as the nice pool are further above on the property (distance around 80m).
The nice beaches (Playa Fañabé and Playa del Duque) on Tenerife’s south coast are approximately 10min away by car.

The last approximately 400m of the approach road are a little adventure. But if you drive slow and careful it should be any problem.

The house has enough space for 5 people on around 120m². It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large living and dining area and a kitchen.

In the first and second bedroom is a double bed with two mattresses each (0,90x 2,00m). The third bedroom has a single bed. The bright living area has a sofa, a chimney, and a nice sitting area with a dining table for 6 people. You also have a panoramic view of the south coast and the sea. Next to the living area is the kitchen. The kitchen is provided with a gas stove, an extractor fan, a microwave, a big refrigerator (no freezer), a washing machine and more.
One bathroom has a toilet and a shower and the other has a Jacuzzi bathtub. On the outside you will find a grill.

Note: the sofa in the living room got replaced and has a different color now.

Electricity: The house is connected to the public power supply. But the power supply is not equal with the power supply in Great Britain or Germany. Sometimes it can be overloaded if you use too many electrical devices at the same time.
