The holiday flat is located on a Country Residence with a total of three flats, garden, 2 pools and barbecue area. In a quiet environment, this holiday home is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, far away from mass tourism.

In El Rio / Arico there are various recreational activities such as hiking, climbing, horse riding or mountain biking. The climbing areas of El Rio offer tours of varying difficulty.

Even the sea is not far away. There are only about 12 km (about 15 minutes by car) from the beach Playa Abades.

The living room with kitchen offers sofa with table, mini bar, satellite TV (international channels), DVD player, wireless Internet, private safe, air conditioning with heating and a small library.

The kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes, etc. There is also a washing machine.

The holiday flat has 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. One bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower / toilet) and there is another separate bathroom (shower / WC).

The house has a large covered terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the 2 pools. The use of the garden, pool and barbecue is shared. An organic garden is also available.
