Property description
This beautiful property with private pool is located in the southwest of Tenerife, above Los Gigantes and has a 5000 m² garden property which is very well maintained. There are palm trees, colourful flowers and various fruit trees typical for the area. You are welcome to harvest the herbs/spices and fruit varieties (oranges, lemons, mangoes, avocados, etc.).
Los Gigantes, La Arena and Playa Santiago are about 3 km away. Los Gigantes captivates with its dreamlike scenery - the breathtaking cliff landscape on the Atlantic Ocean with its mountain giants. Directly at the foot of these cliffs is a small sandy beach and a few metres further on is the marina. Whale-watching boats leave daily from here, and tours to the Masca Gorge are also regularly offered. Swimming, diving and snorkelling are also popular activities in the village and nearby.
The centre of Los Gigantes offers several shopping and nightlife options. Various terrace restaurants offer live music.
Equipment
The house with 200m² of living space is as beautifully designed and maintained as the outdoor area. The furnishing is comfortable, modern and friendly.
The living space is divided into a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + guest toilet, all rooms have access to one of the outdoor terraces.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and en suite bathroom with massage shower, noble vanity, WC and bidet, as well as a spacious dressing room.
The 3 other bedrooms are also with double bed. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub with integrated shower, double washbasin, WC and bidet.
The modern and large kitchen is equipped to the highest standards. A cooking island with ceramic hob plus 2 further gas hobs, electrical appliances such as oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, juicer, blender and other kitchen equipment and a small dining table for 4 people.
You will find space for a meal together in the dining room, where there is a large dining table and of course also on the terrace right next to the barbecue.
The beautiful living room is also tastefully and comfortably furnished with a sofa corner. There is also a large flatscreen with satellite TV.
The whole property is at your disposal.
The heated pool is located in the middle of a beautiful pool terrace. Sun loungers invite you to relax and unwind. The view of the coast and the sea is fantastic and, depending on the season, you can experience indescribable sunsets over the sea.

Villa Magnolia is slightly elevated and has a beautiful view of the sea and La Gomera. Once you have found the house (there are several streets with the same name), you immediately feel very comfortable. Although the road to Santiago de Teide is not far away, you enjoy a quiet and secluded location. The garden is ideally sunny and there is always a shady spot if needed. We were able to experience beautiful sunsets from the house.
The space on offer stands out positively. There is enough space for 6 adults (and at most 2 children) to feel comfortable, but they can also withdraw if necessary (hammock, Hollywood swing, other seating areas). A very positive feature is the beautiful and spacious pool, which we used daily. Very nice master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Generous space also in the kitchen (super large fridge and freezer), dining room and living room.
Kim was always available to help us with any questions we had (we had 2x power outages, 2x the plumber had to come because of problems with the toilet flushing). The pool and garden were regularly maintained.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
