Detached holiday home in quiet, idyllic location & heated pool

This private holiday house lies far away from mass tourism, on the verge of a nature reserve and at a height of 250m above sea level and 2,000 square meters of land. It is surrounded only by nature with singing birds, growing wine and green landscape. The house, settled at the outskirts of El Socorro in Tegueste, provides a heated pool and the possibility to completely relax.

The house has a garden where tropical fruits such as avocados, mangoes, bananas, papayas, tropical pineapples, guanabana, as well as vegetables: lettuce, arugula, spinach, radishes, cabbages, tomatoes, peppers, onions, eggplants, green beans, peas, etc. grow. They can be harvested according to the season. We also have an assortment of aromatic herbs to make infusions.

Tegueste belongs to the community of La Laguna de San Tegueste. The landscape consists of vegetable gardens, banana plantations, grapes and typical Canarian Fincas.

It is a place full of silence and heavenly peace, pefect to relaxe or have some nice walks within the nature. This place is especially popular because of the all-year round good weather. The sun is shining almost everytime and it is pleasently warm. Tegueste is an area neighboring the also popular wine area of north Tacoronte.

Santa Cruz is about 15 km away, La Laguna de San Cristobal 8km and Puerto de la Cruz about 20km.
Walkers will be thrilled by the Parque Rural de Anaga with its wonderful walking routes in the middle of a laurel forest, an amazing view of the coast and picturesque villages. The whole area extends like a long valley towards the Atlantic Ocean, which offers stunning panoramic views. It is also extremely quiet and ideal to relax and enjoy beautiful walks through nature.

The detached holiday house over 60 square meters living area is distributed over two floors. You enter the house on the first floor. There you can find the living room with 2 sofas, satellite-TV on a flatscreen, radio dining table and the open kitchen including fridge-freezer, ceramik hob, extractor hood, mircowave oven, coffee machine and toaster, Tap with osmosis water, abundant for drinking and cooking.

Also the bathroom containing a shower, sink and toilet can be found on the first floor.
Stairs lead down to the bedroom with two single beds (90x190) which can be pushed together, a sofa bed (110x190), satellite TV on a flatscreen and a big built-in wardrobe.

Outside the house there is a pool which is heated from November until April and can be covered aswell. Futhermore, there is a nature stone barbecue in the terrace and a patio providing additional living space. Enjoy your time on the sun loungers or under the sunshade. Both the terrace and the pool are lighted in the evening. From the balcony and the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains.

Garden:
In the garden below the terrace grow fruits, vegetables and herbs. So that the garden looks well-groomed and everything thrives well, the landlord must take care of the garden and water it regularly and maintain. He will do his best not to disturb you.

5 minutes away is El Socorro, a town with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. 15 minutes away, the city of San Cristobal of La Laguna, declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. A city with more than 500 years of history, nice to walk around and with a wide offer of restaurants and shops.
