Property description
The modern penthouse flat in Palm Mar is located on the 5th and thus last floor of the residential complex and offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The community pool is located on the roof of the residential building. From here you also have an unrestricted sea view. The access to the pool area from this flat is via a staircase directly from one of the bedrooms.
Palm Mar is a small, quiet holiday resort between Las Galletas and Los Cristianos. Here you will find small natural bathing bays, a very nice beach bar with sun loungers and a beach promenade that invites you to take a walk at any time of the day and to enjoy wonderful sunsets in the evening. There are several restaurants and cafés, supermarkets with fresh baked goods, sausages, meat, vegetables, etc. Pam Mar is ideal for holidaymakers who want to experience a quiet yet central holiday.

The living areas of the penthouse flat are distributed over 2 floors.
In the lower part there is a living area with open kitchen, well equipped and visually separated by a counter. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine and other utensils that are needed on holiday. The remaining part of the living area contains a sofa with a table and a TV with SAT-TV. From here you can directly access the furnished balcony with a wonderful view.
In addition, one of the 3 bedrooms with a double bed and closet is located in the lower area. The adjoining bathroom has a washbasin incl. cupboard, bathtub and WC.
A spiral staircase leads directly to the upper floor from the living area. There are 2 further bedrooms. One with 2 single beds while the other with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The large sun terrace with wonderful views is also on this floor.

The location of the property is quiet and with a beautiful view to the sea. I used the pool every morning for swimming. The water is very clean.
