This detached holiday home with a heated private pool is located in Alcalá in the sun-drenched south-west of Tenerife. The centre of Alcalá with its small sandy beach is only about a 5-minute drive away. The holiday home with its own pool, which can be heated on request, is a highlight for couples or families who want a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the tourist hotspots in the south of the island.

Alcala is a typical Canarian village where you will meet many locals, some of whom make their living from fishing. There is a fishing harbour, a small bathing bay (where you can climb down ladders into the sea) and a pretty promenade that invites you to stroll and linger. You can also do your shopping locally without any problems, as there are various small shops and supermarkets. If you want to eat out, you can try traditional local dishes in one of the local restaurants.

In the village, you will find a plaza with old laurel trees. It is an ideal place to relax in the shade. You will also find cafés and wine bars here. If you are planning a day at the beach, you will find the newly created sandy beach Playa Jaquita on the outskirts of Alcalá. There are other inviting beaches in the vicinity of the village.

The holiday home with its heated private pool for guests' exclusive use is newly built and surrounded by banana plantations in the sunny south-west of the island. You will particularly enjoy the large covered terrace with sea views and the solarium with lawn carpet for sunbathing, as well as the mild climate of the south-west, which is blessed with sunshine all year round.

The holiday home has been designed for absolute comfort. Bright and modernly furnished, the house has a large living and dining area with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds and another shower room. High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV are of course available free of charge.

There are two holiday homes on the huge finca, each with its own private pool. The holiday homes are completely separate. Only the driveway and, if desired, the parking space are shared, but those who wish can also have their own private parking space on a separate plot of land.

The pool can be heated for a fee of €15/day on site.
