Modern designed holiday home with heated pool and sea views ✓in Tijoco Bajo / Adeje municipality in the south of Tenerife. Away from the hustle and bustle, in this holiday home, you will enjoy the comfort of a year-round heated pool with the whole family, or on holiday with friends.

The living area is 260m², spread over two floors.
On the upper floor:
There is a large entrance hall, the master bedroom suite with king-size bed (2x2m), fireplace, TV with satellite, sofa bed, desk, safe and a balcony with great sea views. The en suite bathroom has a double shower, 2 washbasins, 1 Jacuzzi, WC, bidet and a hairdryer. The 2nd bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom, which is next to the bedroom, has a shower, bidet and WC.
The two floors are connected by a lighted staircase with a glass roof.
On the ground floor:
Here is also the 3rd bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. Next door is the bathroom, which is equipped with WC, shower and bidet. There is also a spacious living room (84m²) with dining room and integrated kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, including: Kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto machine, etc.... Large glass fronts in the living room provide a lot of light in the room.
Outside, you can relax on a south-facing terrace with sea views. The pool is heated all year round. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are a matter of course in this house.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room, and a stand fan in the other rooms.

The water temperature is between 23 and 28°, depending on the season. In summer, the outside temperature is higher and the pool can reach up to 28°... In winter, the outside temperature is lower and the water temperature can drop to around 23°.

Info about the location Tijoco Bajo / Adeje
Tijoco Bajo belongs to the municipality of Adeje and is situated approximately above the coastal resorts of Callajo Salvaje and Playa Paraiso. Many of the flats and houses offer a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Beautiful sunsets are also not uncommon. Otherwise, Tijoco Bajo is a small local town.
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are about 10 minutes away by car, and you can also reach the Abama golf courses or the 27-hole golf course in Las Americas in 10 minutes by car.
Supermarkets in Adeje (Lidl and Mercadona) are about 7 minutes away and the beach about 10 minutes by car. There is a small bar, pharmacy and playground/sports ground in the village.

We have already booked several high-quality holiday homes on the Canary Islands and can say that this is the most extraordinary and beautiful one we know. The lovely modern and tasteful interior alone with well thought-out details (there is even an electrically closable window in the bedroom roof through which you can admire the starry sky at night directly from your bed, perhaps after a bath in the Jacuzzi also available there) are a beautiful experience. The other rooms also leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the living room is more than cosy. If you like, you can be entertained with Netflix, Disney etc on the TV. The highlight for us was the pool, a real well-heated hybrid of indoor and outdoor, which makes for a perfect swimming experience even in cooler outdoor temperatures. The place is quiet but has all the shops and roads within easy reach by car. The landlords are more than lovely and helpful. We spent a wonderful week in a beautiful. House that is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. 5 stars plus!

The house is a dream, perfectly located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away from the beach or the hustle and bustle of life. The reception by Rossana and Rodobaldo could not be better, as you are personally welcomed and all the technical refinements of the house are explained. In addition, both are easily accessible at all times and Gabriela always keeps the house clean and even takes care of the rubbish. So you really don't have to do anything. Definitely book a massage right away, highly recommended.

Our stay was simply fantastic! The villa is very large and luxurious, it corresponds exactly to the pictures. The rooms are very well thought out, you can spend a super stay with 2, 4 or even 6 people and have enough space including the respective bathroom. Everything is very clean and lovingly designed, there are fresh flowers throughout the house and you just feel comfortable. A basic equipment with water, a few soft drinks, coffee, tea, delicious cookies and a bottle of cava was available. You can also find fresh herbs and spices in the kitchen as well as a basket of vegetables. We loved swimming in the warm pool and having our privacy. During our 8 day stay someone came 2x to clean the pool and also a complete cleaning of the house including new towels and new bed linen was done. The connection to Adeje, La Caleta, to nice beaches and restaurants, shopping facilities etc. is very good and should you have forgotten something, there is a mini supermarket directly opposite, which we found very practical. The landlords Rossana and Rodobaldo gave us a warm welcome on arrival and were always available for questions and tips during our stay. We will certainly book the house again.

The house is amazing! Super stylish, very modern, spacious and very sunny. The welcome by the owner was very warm. The cleaning lady came twice a week and even took care of the rubbish and empty bottles. We were there with the whole family (5 adults) and felt very comfortable. But unfortunately there are also disadvantages in the house: The only bedroom (the 2nd) with its own enclosed bathroom / WC is on the upper floor. The master bedroom is mega big, great shower and bathtub, a huge skylight above the bed through which we could see the starry sky every night. Dreamlike! But the toilet is unfortunately in the middle of the room. Even as a married couple you want privacy, so we had to go - if we had to - into the level described 2nd bathroom at night. The bathroom used by our daughter ... The 3rd bedroom is in the basement, directly next to the dining room / kitchen. This, as well as the adjoining bathroom, is open to the top. Every little noise penetrates into the kitchen, dining area or living area. So if you want to do your "business", you are forced to go upstairs to the 2nd bathroom. And I think that might work within a family, but hardly between friends. The owner should think about changing this. Another disadvantage is the pool. It is heated, right. I think it's about 30°. But unfortunately it is 95% in the shade. The kitchen is great! It is fully equipped and has everything you need. The living room is very cosy, TV with Netflix, great sound system. Conclusion: a great house, but I wouldn't go there with friends. Within the family ok ...
200 metres airline distance away is a great little restaurant: "tasca el granero". Here you sit like in the dining room of the owners. Very friendly, delicious food, great sangria and small prices. Then, on the main street, the "Chamachete"! Famous for meat on a hot stone. Apart from that, we did everything the island has to offer: walewatching, Teide, natural pools ... and beach. If you want a cosy beach, you should go to Playa del Duque. The parking garage 100 metres away is practical. The sunbeds are a bit expensive, but very comfortable. The beach vendors are a bit annoying, but you get used to them. In the afternoon, a bartender always came with everything for a perfect mojito for €5. The car situation on Tenerife is crazy. If you don't find a car in time, you will quickly pay 1500 € for 2 weeks in a Golf class.

Dream house !
We spent wonderful and relaxing days in this very modern house!
We were very nicely welcomed by the owners.
The house offers you all possibilities and you feel like at home.
Everything is very clean, well maintained and luxuriously equipped. Very tasteful architecture.
The heated pool is a dream in January-February.
We used it every day.
Twice a week the pool is cleaned by a very friendly young man.
The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a filter coffee machine as well as a Dolce Gusto capsule machine. Capsules and coffee powder were already available! The fridge was also stocked with champagne, wine and water. Various spices were also available.
The bathroom had shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer. Hand and bath towels as much as you need. Pool towels were also available.
On the terrace there was a lounge, four very comfortable loungers and even a barbecue.
For us it was a relaxing holiday. We can recommend the house 100%.We had a very tasty meal at Limoncello in Fañabe !

Very nice and comfortable house with an exceptionally nice and helpful landlord couple.
Definitely visit the west and the mountains in the north, you should also see the lava tubes.
