The holiday apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building and is easily accessible by lift. A sunny furnished balcony invites you to linger. You are in a prime location right on the beach promenade and can reach the beaches of Los Christianos and Las Vistas on foot, and even Las Americas after a walk along the beach.

Directly after the entrance, you will find the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Behind the bathroom is the spacious living-dining area with an integrated kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. The dining area can seat up to 4 people. The living room is equipped with a sofa, armchair and satellite TV with international channels.

At the end of the apartment, you will find the bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe and another television.

Directly behind the dining area, there is the sunny balcony, which has chairs and a coffee table and is located directly opposite the sea and offers a wonderful sea view in front row.

A washing machine and private parking are also available.
